Account & data choices
Control your library.
Before deleting, open Settings → Export private library to keep a copy of your notes, prayers, transcripts, results and available original recordings. Choose a private destination and keep that export secure.
In the app
Open Study → Settings → Account & sync → Delete account. The flow asks you to type DELETE and confirm the permanent action. During the current preview, deletion is unavailable until its live disposable-account checks are complete; the app reports that state without changing your library.
When enabled, the service removes the authenticated account’s private recording files before deleting its account records and public comment text. Other readers’ replies remain. A secure receipt lets the app check an interrupted request before retrying. The requesting installation removes only that account’s local library after confirmed server completion; the signed-out guest library remains separate.
If you cannot use the app
Email info@biblegram.life with the subject “Biblegram account deletion.” While the new domain’s mail is being verified, use hello@bloomstech.online. Use your account email where possible. Do not send a password or verification code. We will verify ownership before acting on a private account.
Other copies and records
Account deletion cannot recall content you exported or shared, device backups or cached copies on another device. Provider backups and security logs follow their retention settings. Limited non-content deletion receipts and moderation records may remain. See the privacy policy.
No active subscriptions are offered in this version. If subscriptions are offered later, account deletion will not itself cancel billing through Apple; use Apple’s subscription management.
